The Challenge

After successfully onboarding the first customer organizations on the new OutSystems based WRB application, WoningNet discovered that the underlying software platform was already quickly approaching its maximum capacity. Bringing live their biggest customer (the greater Amsterdam) was at immediate risk, while future scaling to support 1,3 million users looking for social housing in the Dutch market, seemed impossible even. Team Resilience provided a structured approach with deep OutSystems development- and architecture expertise to put a solid solution in place. The result: a smooth go-live of the largest WoningNet customer organization with 440,000 users and a future proof solution for all further implementations across the country going forward.
